Pharaoh Scorpion I is a king who is considered to have been buried in the oldest tomb known at the royal cemetery of Abydos. It was found and excavated in the early 1990s by a team of archaeologists from the German Centre of Archaeology in Cairo - DAIK under the supervision of Egyptologist Günter Dreyer. |
