Marks From King Iryhor
Dynasty 0   (~ 3.200 BC)

Several new potsherds with king Iryhor's name were found at Abydos in the late 1980s by German archaeologists.
A total of ten remains exist now and at least seven show the king's falcon standing on an object thought to be the sign "iry" - mouth. The sign at top left looks like the hiero-glyphic basket "neb". The two at right in the bottom row are the ones found in 1902.
